At Suzhou Dongao, we recognize that many modern villas feature varied rooflines and attic conversions. Our 17,000sqm manufacturing plant employs German-style modular engineering to tackle these vertical constraints. We have developed a specific line of traction lifts that use a 2:1 roping system and compact pulleys to minimize the space needed at the top of the shaft. This innovation has made us a top choice for luxury residences in over 30 provinces, providing access where traditional elevators would require a visible "box" on the roof.

Usage Scenarios

• Attic Bedrooms: Providing direct access to a converted attic floor where the ceiling height is limited by the pitch of the roof.
• Standard Ceiling Heights: In buildings where the top floor has the same 2800mm height as other floors, and the owner does not want to build a machine room on top.
• Basement-to-Main-Floor Only: Lifts that only serve the bottom two floors and must stop under a standard residential ceiling.
• Indoor Mezzanines: Accessing loft spaces within a single room without extending the shaft to the structural roof.
