Contamination-Control Engineering

High-precision cleanroom lifts are engineered for vertical transport in environments where particulate and microbial contamination must be strictly controlled (ISO Class 1-9). Technically, this involves the use of non-shedding materials and a drive system (usually a specialized gearless traction unit) that does not release oil or particles. The cabin features a "Flush-Surface" design with no internal seams or crevices where dust can accumulate. The ventilation system utilizes HEPA or ULPA filtration and maintains positive pressure within the cabin. The engineering also includes "Ionizing" air curtains at the doors to neutralize static charges on passengers and goods, preventing the attraction of particles during the entry/exit process.
